Co-Founder & President
Dr. Suelyn Boucree is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Boucree Foundation Inc. Born in a rural village in Jamaica and delivered at home, she understands firsthand the complex challenges underserved communities face—from limited access to quality education and healthcare to the persistent grip of poverty. Her life’s mission has been shaped by this experience, fueling a career at the intersection of medicine, leadership, and global health equity.
Dr. Boucree is a board-certified physician and a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where she earned her Executive MBA. She has held leadership roles including Chief of Hospital Medicine within the Montefiore Health System, and Network Medical Director of Quality for Hackensack Meridian Health—New Jersey’s largest healthcare network. She also serves as an IDN Advisor and Board Member for Pfizer, contributes to the National Kidney Foundation, and is a board member of 24Telemed, a Nigeria-based health access company.
Driven by her unwavering belief in the Foundation’s motto—Empowering Minds, Healing Communities, Building Futures—Dr. Boucree is committed to designing sustainable solutions that uplift communities across the globe.

Co-Founder & Vice President
Jade Boucree is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of The Boucree Foundation Inc. A passionate advocate for innovation, STEM, and equitable global development, Jade is currently a sophomore student at The Hun School of Princeton. Her interests lie at the crossroads of engineering, healthcare technology, and social impact.
Jade is a competitor in Robotics and Science Olympiad, where she designs, codes, and builds intelligent systems. She has also served as an assistant manager at a thriving oral surgery practice, gaining early exposure to healthcare operations. Alongside her academic excellence, she is a top-tier athlete, holding the fastest cross-country time for a female freshman at her school.
Jade brings fresh vision, technical acumen, and youthful energy to the Foundation’s mission, striving to engineer real-world change that builds brighter, healthier futures for underserved communities.

Christian Perthen is a seasoned technologist and social entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the IT sector. Originally from Sweden, Christian has built a distinguished career merging innovation with impact, particularly within the fields of healthcare and education.
He is the founder of both a non-profit organization and technology ventures, and has been a vital player in the global startup ecosystem. His expertise lies in leveraging digital solutions to address systemic challenges and promote sustainable development. As an advisor to The Boucree Foundation, Christian is deeply committed to harnessing technology for humanitarian progress, with a focus on scalable models that serve the underserved.
Christian brings a global perspective, entrepreneurial insight, and a strong sense of purpose to the Foundation’s strategic direction.

Michelle Jean is a seasoned strategy consultant, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader with a deep commitment to global education equity. With years of experience advising organizations across the private and social sectors, Michelle brings a sharp strategic mind and a passion for creating sustainable, scalable solutions.
She is the founder of a foundation based in Venezuela that has successfully launched and supported school development initiatives, improving educational access and infrastructure in some of the country’s most underserved communities. Her work has focused on building safe learning environments, supporting teacher development, and ensuring that children—regardless of their circumstances—have the tools they need to thrive.
Through her work as a consultant and changemaker, Michelle has helped organizations refine their missions, expand their impact, and align their operations with long-term goals. As an advisor to The Boucree Foundation, she draws on her global experience and entrepreneurial drive to support projects that empower communities through education, health, and economic opportunity.

Dominic Christopher is a seasoned professional in digital data solutions and community development, with a focus on leveraging technology to advance equity and opportunity. With a strong background in data systems, analytics, and digital transformation, Dominic has helped organizations optimize performance and make informed, impact-driven decisions.
In addition to his work in the tech space, Dominic is the founder of Deh Abroad, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting immigrants as they establish small and medium-sized businesses within the U.S. economic landscape. Through training, mentorship, and resource sharing, Deh Abroad equips individuals with the knowledge and tools to navigate complex systems and achieve long-term stability.
Dominic brings a unique blend of technical expertise and social insight to The Boucree Foundation. As an advisor, he supports the foundation’s mission by guiding strategies around digital innovation, data-driven program development, and inclusive economic empowerment for underserved communities.
